Happy Traveler travels to the Ionian Sea and stops at the island of Odysseus, Ithaca. In this episode, Eftychis and Electra see unique beaches, swim in crystal clear waters and taste traditional flavors of the island. Our traveling couple starts wandering from the main coastal settlement of the island, Vathi, enchanted by its picturesque alleys and talking to the locals. By traditional boat they go to the dreamy and famous beach of the island, Gidaki and then, with an inflatable they reach the wild north coast to swim in Afales. The exploration also has impressive caves, strange rock formations, places with incredible views and places of incomparable natural beauty. The journey of the show includes both the north and the south side of the island. Our travelers are guided to the Holy Monastery of Katharaion, Anogi, Exogi and Kioni. In Frikes they stop for traditional food, in Perachori for delicious walnut pie while in Stavros they try the most famous dessert of the island.
