Standout Aspects

Acting

Richard Harris devours scenery as dying crime king.

Writing

Lear adaptation so loose it barely holds together—fascinating mess.

Best for:Solo: Late night when you want punishment, not comfort.·Streaming: Perfect buried gem to brag about finding.
Heads up:Sexual Content: Brothel setting includes explicit exploitation and incestuous undertones.·Drug Use: Heroin addiction depicted through Jo's painful withdrawal flashbacks.
