Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Roger Corman produced this for $400K after the first two Deathstalkers made bank on VHS. The 'zombie army' was often the same ten extras in different lighting.
This film embodies the 1988 Sword and Sorcery VHS boom that collapsed when Conan the Destroyer killed the genre's credibility. Deathstalker III was already shooting—nobody told them.
