A phone-addicted teen vs. nature — who will break first?
Tutajos is an excellent student whose parents decide to reward his academic achievements with a vacation to the countryside. Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Based on István Fekete's beloved 1957 novel 'Tüskevár,' this is basically required childhood viewing in Hungary — imagine if Huckleberry Finn had a Hungarian cousin who really wanted to catch crabs.
The rubber boots and cauldron are weirdly specific props because Fekete's original descriptions were so vivid that generations of Hungarian readers grew up with exact mental images of Matula's camp setup.
