Carlos do Carmo is a great fado singer, while Bernardo Sassetti is a great jazz piano player. Their joint performance is a unique and fantastic blend of fado and Jazz.

Bernardo Sassetti died tragically young at 41, making this one of his final major recorded performances. Carlos do Carmo received a Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.
