When aspiring businessman Chiwaki borrows money from the LA mafia and flees to Japan to escape his debt, he soon finds himself being chased throughout Osaka by the local yakuza and a mafia loan shark. Chiwaki plans to get out of debt by investing in a high-end beauty salon, with a loan from Ginjiro Manda. Soon, Chiwaki finds himself pursued by Manda as well, who is willing to go up against the mafia to get his money back.
