To this day no one really knows what really happened. The alleged perpetrator missing, his partner in crime who is not talking. In the meantime books have been written, a movie was filmed, docs like this one have been made. Money talks.

I wonder why the documentary shows nothing about the alleged sightings of Antonio Anglés (or whoever who acted like him) within his flee from Valencia through Villamarchante (where he left pictures and traces of blood in an empty house where he kept hidden for few days), through Minglanilla (when he abducted a man who drove him from Villamarchante to Minglanilla), through Lisbon where Antonio made a friend who supported him for few weeks until he hidden as a stowaway in the City of Plymouth ship, through the jump off board he did in the middle of the Atlantic ocean (when a French helicopther apparently rescued him in the black of night and returned him to the ship), and finally to the coast of Ireland when he allegedly drowned. Maybe Bambú Producciones (the creator of this documentary) was afraid of collect information of foreign police forces from Portugal, France and Ireland because if they did so, the whole story about Antonio Anglés as the most clever, fastest man fleeing the biggest manhunt ever would fall and then they shouldn't support the shit official story anymore. So, I guess Bambú Producciones decided to skip all the unclear facts concerning the flee of Antonio Anglés beyond his alleged jump through one windows at home, yet they focused too much on discredit Fernando García. What a shame!

Hopefully this new media coverage will help to finally bring closure on what happend that day in Nov. 1992...it's an unspeakable crime and it's unbelievable that Ricart was the only one ever serving some time in prison on this! Other people must have been involved, too.
