But she is also worried about the extreme surgical risks. Tong Ming and Ip Ching turn up at LegCo and wait for LegCo members to vote on the bill’s budget. Fast-forward six months and Ip Ching, in her capacity as Convener of the Bill, is interviewed by Cheung Ting. She delineates her views on Healthcare Reform.
