Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Created by Kyle Killen, who also made Lone Star and Awake — both brilliant, both cancelled. The man cannot catch a break with networks.
Premiered in 2014 when con artist shows were peaking (White Collar, Leverage, Scandal), but its blend of actual psychology research made it weirdly educational. Ross's 'Jedi mind tricks' line became the show's accidental tagline.
