Deep Dive

Trivia, insights & behind the scenes

Cultural

This launched the careers of the team behind 'The Castle', 'Kath & Kim', and 'Frontline'—basically half of Australian comedy canon.

Trivia

The D-Gen originally formed as a Melbourne University revue in 1983; the TV show kept that chaotic student newspaper energy intact.
