This was Warner Bros.' desperate attempt to make Looney Tunes 'cool' for the Ed Hardy generation. It lasted two seasons.
The original pitch was WAY darker—think 'dystopian Looney Tunes'—but got sanded down into standard superhero fare. You can see the scars.
