They must rush into action to take on Uncle Creamy, a corporate mascot turned into a evil ice cream cone who strikes out at the company who made him. Meanwhile Uncle Creamy II attacks, trying to kill Uncle Creamy before he tells the heroes what the company is up to.

Together with his trusty moth-costumed sidekick Arthur, The Tick keeps the streets of The City safe from a rogue’s gallery of hilariously malevolent villains.
