From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Ambassador Robert Hutchings is the dean of the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, Austin. Previously he was Diplomat-in-Residence at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
