Kohl Couture, known as "MiniToon" online or just "Mini" for short, is a Canadian game developer who created Piggy and its franchise as a whole, and the owner of MiniToon, Inc. Couture is the main and formerly solo (consistent) developer of the franchise, creating most of Piggy: Book 1 and Piggy: Book 2 on his own.
