Miette Deschenes is a writer, director, and editor based in Los Angeles. She studied film production at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. Her work explores body horror, feminism, and the terrors of being a person online. Her debut short film morningshed (2026) was an official selection of Crypticon Seattle Horror Film Festival, The Great Film Club, and Movie Screeners Club.
