Spencer Anderson was born on March 23, 1994 in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom to single mother Kim Louise Anderson, a shop assistant at Boots. Spencer showed a keen interest for film and animation and would often quote and mimic lines of dialogue from his favorite cartoon characters.
