Ou Tan Kai is a Chinese director. He is one of the top ten students of the fifth "Green Plan" of the China Film Association's Young Director Support Program. In 2022, he won "Best Short Film Director" at the 2022 Silk Road Film Festival-Fuzhou Internet Film and Television Festival.
