Vaslav J. Rice was born on September 2, 1968 in Miami, Florida. He is a writer, producer and actor for the 'Over the Top' Romantic Comedy film project (pre-production) "Scraps". Vaslav is also an actor as Detective Coleman for the short film "Eagle's Eclipse" (in post production). He lived in Miami, Florida for 12 years before moving to Cincinnati, Ohio.
