Todd is a homegrown independent filmmaker based in Richmond, Virginia. In 2005 he made his feature debut with Damaged Goods, a bold "one-man-made" film that went on to the festival circuit in 2006 winning "Best Drama" at the Worchester Underground Film Festival.
