Orlando is a Puerto Rican director, writer and editor based in Brooklyn. In 2011, he was a co-recipient of the Raul Julia Scholarship by the Puerto Rico Film Commission to study an MFA in Screenwriting and Directing at Columbia University. His shorts have been awarded in Croatia, England, Israel and Spain. Among these, The Least Worst Man was acquired and distributed by HBO in 2018.
