Valeria Contreras is an award-winning filmmaker from El Paso, Texas. She is a Producers Guild of America Create Fellow, Film Independent Producing Fellow, Cine Qua Non Storylines Lab Fellow, and El Paso Community Foundation Border Art Resident.
