Deep Dive

Trivia, insights & behind the scenes

Cultural

Explores the rarely-screened world of French rural criminal 'milieu' — organized crime families in agricultural regions, far from Parisian glamour.

Insight

Duquesne based Maurice loosely on his own grandfather, a man who 'couldn't say I love you, only here's what I built.'
