For anyone arguing about "The Consultant's" identity, it is clearly Stark. At the end of Iron Man 2, Fury told him that, as opposed to being an official member, he would be a consultant.

Someone should edit Iron Man 2, Thor and Hulk into one cohesive movie, since they all happen in the same week. Interconnected stories, much like Infinity War.
