I was born in the late 70s. I don't know the people as an adult. The people who bear significance in my parents' voices' that I have heard are: elder Gabe Horassi, Fred Clement, Mary and Vivian and George. And Chief Wright. I remember drum dancing into the night, the only dance I like. I remember stay away from the river and listen for gunshots. And go berry picking and go for tea when asked.
