I was there that year with our van club Derby City vans. Have some pictures around somewhere. Still have all my dash plaques in my Van i have now a 89 Ford E 150 SWB. Everyone had a great time.

Dang... Looking all over for where to purchase a copy of this film! Any ideas? My wife and I were in our 20's when we purchased a used 1970 GMC Vandura and customized the heck out of it. Got it done just in time to go to the Sleeze Lake truckin. Great memories {sigh}. When we arrived at the entrance to the "festival" we greeted and given a baggie that included (among other things) a Kazoo with instructions on how to remove the vibrating membrane and replace it with a screen (which was also included in the gift bag). Voilà instant hash pipe (or whatever you were smoking at the time). No weed... no problem... it was available at several of the intersections within the little homemade city that they built.
