Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
O Mochain spent three years developing this after observing actual lost property offices; the wedding ring story is verbatim from a Dublin clerk's testimony.
The umbrella motif — appearing in six of seven stories — was unscripted; production designer Niamh Cooke kept sneaking them in until O Mochain noticed and wrote the final connection.
