Deep Dive

Trivia, insights & behind the scenes

Cultural

Shot during Turkey's Gezi Park protest aftermath, the film channels real paranoia about police targeting families of activists—a documented pattern in 2013-2014.

Trivia

Çatak expanded this short's premise into his 2023 feature The Teachers' Lounge, another study in institutional pressure and moral compromise.
