Denmark's dumbest detective somehow catches criminals through pure cosmic incompetence.
Detective Mortensen is certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed, but despite his obvious incompetence, he is assigned to track down a group of drug gangsters. Nothing good comes of it. Only coincidences and extreme luck keep the investigation on track, even though Mortensen's highly questionable methods constantly threaten to ruin everything.
Acting
Dick Kaysø commits fully to being aggressively incompetent.
Practical Effects
Glorious pre-CGI stunt disasters and prop chaos.
