Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
This was Abbott and Costello's final film as a team; they'd reunited briefly for a 1950s TV series but never again on the big screen. Costello died in 1959, making this an unintentional farewell.
The film's title references a 1955 hit song by The Clovers, not the earlier 'Dance with Me, Henry' by Etta James—studio lawyers made sure of that distinction.
