A disaster for Paris: politicians and the board of directors are arguing with the Nigerien state over uranium prices - and don't need a scandal. Diplomat Hugo is sent to negotiate with the kidnappers on site. Hélène, the head of the environmental organization, also flies in. But the string-pullers in Niger and France are acting ever more shady...
