

After assassinating his boss -- who just so happens to be an important underworld crime figure -- Carlos (Andres Garcia) turns to the one place he can think of to keep him safe: the CIA. But the top secret government organization inexplicably responds to the desperate man's plea for protection by kidnapping Carlos's family, holding them captive until he carries out their questionable demands.
