Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Brinke Stevens plays dual roles as Shala and one of Zed's earlier trophy victims, shot so cheaply they didn't bother changing her wig between scenes. Director Ken Dixon reportedly financed this through a chain of Southern California tanning salons.
This is essentially a beat-for-beat ripoff of 1932's 'The Most Dangerous Game' filtered through the 'Amazon women in space' subgenre that peaked with 1985's 'Barbarian Queen.' Fred Olen Ray's shadow looms large despite no official involvement.
