Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Andrew Solt spent four years syncing Lennon's audio interviews to visuals, creating what he called 'impossible conversations' — Lennon discussing events while footage of them plays.
Released eight years after Lennon's murder, this became the template for 'participatory' documentaries where the dead seemingly direct their own stories — later echoed in films about Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse.

Beautiful meaningful song. Yoko was devastated when told he was gone. So sad and tragic. Why he shot him? Crazy guy to do that to him .
