Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
Ostrava's rust-belt decay isn't backdrop—it's antagonist, a city eating its young. The directors shot guerrilla-style in actual derelict industrial sites.
Czech horror rarely gets Stateside distribution; this micro-budget thriller predates the 'elevated folk horror' boom by years. The TMDB score reflects obscurity, not quality—barely anyone's seen it.
