Standout Aspects

Production

Shot entirely in an actual converted barn with Theatre Genesis actors

Direction

O'Horgan's experimental theatre background explodes onto celluloid

Costume

DIY hippie-meets-farmer aesthetic that screams 1969

Best for:Solo: When you need to question every life choice that led here·Rewatch: To catch which parts were actually brilliant vs. accidentally unhinged·Friends: With your most unshockable, film-school-traumatized crew
Heads up:Sexual Content: Pig-human relationship played for satire but extremely graphic implications·Disturbing: Animal imagery used to provoke; not for the squeamish or PETA-minded
