Trivia, insights & behind the scenes
This is the second adaptation of Stephen King's 'Trucks' short story, following 1986's Maximum Overdrive which King directed himself while famously coked out of his mind. Trucks (1997) had no such excuse.
Brendan Fletcher plays Logan, the teenage survivor—he'd later become a Canadian genre staple in Freddy vs. Jason and countless TV appearances, presumably escaping this film unscathed on his resume.
