In a small town located in western Alberta, Ana struggles with her identity as a lesbian. She just started dating someone and goes to a house party to meet her best friend Marco. She struggles to come out to him, this is reflected through a 'haunting figure' that appears at specific moments of friction. Finally, Ana confronts the 'haunting figure' and has the courage to come out to her friend.
