In Iran, where the production, sale, and possession of alcohol are met with severe penalties, a young man risks everything to escape poverty and provide a better life for his family. Secretly selling alcohol to save enough for a new home in the city, his dream slips further away as rising costs outpace his earnings. Desperate, he invests all his savings in one final shipment, only to be caught at a checkpoint.
