Three sisters and a group of their friends take a trip to the home of the recently deceased grandfather -- who died a particularly grisly death -- to learn more about the promise of an inheritance, only to encounter a family of psychos who have taken up residence in the old man's cabin.

The three 'Lake' sisters were cast partly because their names all conveniently contained 'Lake' phonetically — Kelsey Crane, Kelsey Wedeen, and Tara Gerard were rechristened for maximum thematic branding.
Part of the short-lived '8 Films to Die For' After Dark Horrorfest 2007 lineup, this was one of the few that leaned into grindhouse sleaze rather than J-horror imitation — for better and mostly worse.
