BRAHMAN named themselves after the Hindu concept of ultimate reality—fitting for a band obsessed with transcending form through sound. In Japan's visual-kei and hardcore scenes, they've remained stubbornly anonymous, letting the music be the face.
Director Michihiko Yanai spent three years earning trust before filming began. The members initially refused, believing their 'human side' would break the mystique they'd deliberately constructed since 1995.
