When Joan’s husband dies, she is shocked to discover he had invented an elixir which makes the drinker look young again. Sharing it with her two friends, the three women paint the town red but soon discover that they are no longer equipped to be young in the modern world.

It was a lighthearted film for the most part and pure escapism. Some parts were cheesy and padded out, but the 3 leading actresses had chemistry and it was best when they were on screen vs their younger selves. Take it for what it is and don't expect it to be really good, but a movie with a few humourous moments and reflections on getting older and, mostly, cherishing lifelong friendships.
